charming stay
personal touch front desk thoughtful concierge
The front desk escorted me to my room! they explained how the tech worked. i was also impressed the concierge remembered my name from when i booked the transportation, such a personal touch. The doorman was very professional and helped with all requests.
the breakfast had a very strong smell, i think it was the cutlery! they didn't change anything. it was also present in the room service.

The room was modern and spacious. large windows provided a great view. there were blackout curtains. It also had excellent tech to control everything.

the hotel offered a spa, restaurant, and a bar. breakfast was served in the nobu restaurant. a blood building juice was also served, i found it to be delicious and such a great way to start the day!

the location was excellent. it was close to harrods and many important places. i was aware it was cornered by hotels! but this was not a big issue for me. outlets are also within walking distance.

limited equipment slow room service
The staff was amazing and very helpful with directions.
The gym was quite small. It had limited equipment, specifically cardio machines, disappointing. I also encountered issues with the room service. It was slow and the food arrived cold, the prices were excessively high, it wasn't a great experience.

modern room spacious room unmade bed missing bar
The room was modern. It was minimalistic and spacious. The quality of furnishings was great. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of a Nespresso machine.
The bed wasn't. There was no bar in the hotel. I found this surprising.

friendly staff clean hotel unavailable bar limited options
The hotel was so clean and the staff were so friendly.
I DISCOVERED that the bar was not available. That was disappointing. I expected SOMEWHERE to unwind in the evening. I wish there had been more options available.

The Deluxe City Room only has a king bed option. For twin beds, consider booking either Metropolitan City Rooms or higher categories. Do any of the hotel rooms come with a balcony?

Balconies are available in Metropolitan City rooms, Metropolitan Park rooms, and Park suites. The Junior City suite does not have a balcony. If I reserve a room for three guests, will an extra bed be provided at no additional cost?
