Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were really excellent, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. However, the lack of windows made for a less-than-ideal start to the day. The service was top-notch, with the reception staff being incredibly nice and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city and friendly staff all around. The dining experience was a highlight, offering wonderful quality and plentiful options, though some items were missing on certain days. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers generously sized rooms with an excellent sense of design and cleanliness, although they may be underwhelming. The service is exceptional, especially from the valet parking assistants and the doorman, with a personal touch like arranging a birthday cake. The location is outstanding, perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. The dining experience, although a bit pricey, had its ups and downs. Overall, a mixed but satisfying stay.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were modern with high-quality finishing, a lovely lime green and cream color scheme, and had ample space with cleverly designed amenities like a tucked-away coffee and tea making area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the necessary plugs and a convenient control panel for lights, curtains, and A/C. The service was outstanding, with the staff helping me organize a special day for my partner's birthday and always being friendly and knowledgeable. The location couldn't have been better, just a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious food with beautiful presentation. The facilities were top-notch, adding to a perfect stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better location in London, right by Green Park and just a short walk away from Harrods and Harvey Nichols. The rooms, while a bit outdated, offer a nice view and even have a small balcony. The hotel is strategic, making it easy to explore all the main London attractions on foot. However, the dining experience was not up to par, with slow service and disappointing dishes.
